Cooled Green Tea Cotton Toner
Unsweetened green tea is cooled and pressed on the face with cotton pads after cleansing. It is a plain kitchen toner, not an eye wash and not a treatment for oil or acne.

About this green tea cotton toner
Brew plain green tea with water, add nothing sweet, and wait until it is fully cool. Cotton pads then press the tea on clean skin. Press, do not scrub. The same cup is for the skin in this recipe, and it is not an eye wash.
Use it the day you brew it. Tea that sits out can turn sour. This step does not close pores, stop oil, or clear blemishes. If your skin reacts to green tea, skip it.
