Cumin–coriander–fennel (CCF) tea
A mild, soothing seed tea sipped through the day. It is gentle enough for most people and is often used for bloating and a heavy feeling after meals.

Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- ½ teaspoon coriander seeds (dhaniya)
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf)
- 2 cups water
How to prepare
- Add all the seeds to the water in a small pan.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Strain into a flask so it stays warm.
How to use
- Sip a few mouthfuls warm between meals through the day.
- Make it fresh every morning rather than storing it overnight.
Precautions
- Generally mild, but stop if you notice any allergy or discomfort.
- Pregnant or nursing women should keep to food-level amounts and check with their doctor.
- Persistent bloating, pain, or a change in bowel habits needs a medical check-up.
